This machine is just used for wrapping the real wood. It can wrap various thin wood or melamine paper on kick board, set lines of door and railings of door and windows, and railing of stairs. The wrapping of surface, sides and bottom are accomplished in a single process. It especially fits for the wrapping of the door line.
This machine uses high quality steel and connects with bolt rather than welding so as to avoid disfigure of framework. High accuracy gear transmission, mechanical stepless speed change in the electrical engine adopts stepless timing.
The bottom wheels are all made by silicon rubber and aluminum. They are wearable and not sticky to the glue.
The glue plate can be moved upward or downward according to the height of the work piece so that the wrapping can go smoothly.
The glue box and the glue plate will be heated at the same time and it can serve mass production without frequently adding glue to the machine.
